Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist for a contract opportunity with one of their reputable clients in Maryland. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage and organize the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, during 1st shift hours.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
